Rules

  1. The Closing Date is as detailed on the promotional material.
  2. The maximum prize is TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND POUNDS.
  3. It is not necessary to phone or text any premium rate line to win a prize or receive a gift.
  4. Calls cost £1.53 per minute, from a BT landline. Maximum 6 minutes. Maximum cost by text £9.30. Entrants will receive six messages.
  5. Entry is restricted to residents of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man & Channel Islands aged 18 or over.
  6. This promotion includes several different themed mailings and other formats.
  7. Prizes and gifts will be despatched within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim. To be valid a claim must include the claim form, a claim number or validation code (if required) and two loose 1st class stamps. Claims will be declared void if the claim form is found to be mutilated, illegible, altered or tampered with in any way, or if two loose first class stamps or a stamped self-addressed envelope are not enclosed. Void claim forms will be destroyed on receipt.
  8. Once established that the claim is valid, a prize/gift will be allocated according to the numbers, letters, symbols or appropriate designs appearing on the promotional material.
  9. Neither entrants nor winners will establish any copyright ownership. Entry forms used to claim a prize/gift will then become void and will be retained by the promoter.
  10. A cash alternative is not available except where stated. The promoter reserves the right to make a cash alternative available to major prizewinners of similar or greater monetary value at the promoter’s discretion.
  11. Some items may require a payment to cover insurance, postage & packing and any software or ancillaries as stated in the promotion for the said item.
  12. No permission is required to enter the promotion by post. If a Premium Rate Call or Text is made the permission of the bill payer is required.
  13. Employees of McIntyre & Dodd Marketing Ltd and associated companies or family members of employees plus its suppliers (including all companies involved in the distribution of the entry forms including promotional agencies) are not eligible to enter.
  14. In the event of a printing error all affected entries will be declared null and void.
  15. The promoter will not be liable for postal delays or non-delivery, however caused.
  16. The promoter reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time.
  17. Additional information from ourselves and other reputable Companies may be sent to the entrants unless we are requested not to do so.
  18. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. Winners of major prizes agree to publicity as required by the promoter.
  20. Lists giving the surname and town or city of major prizewinners will be available on request. Their full details will not be disclosed.
  21. Copies of these rules and a list of winners (available from 60 days after the promotion closing date) can be obtained by writing to the address below.
  22. Entry into the promotion implies acceptance of these rules.
